In order to get our statewide candidates on the ballot for 2018, we need to collect 15,000 signatures. In order to ensure ballot access due to challenges, our goal is to collect over 30,000 signatures. The petitioning period is July 10 through August 21, 2018, a period of 43 days. This means that we need to collect 698 signatures per day. If we have a team of 100 volunteer petitioners, each would only need to collect 7 signatures per day.
